A novel barley next generation genotyping (NGG) assay has been developed through a collaboration between Eureka Genomics and the James Hutton Institute, Dundee, UK.
This NGG assay enables low cost simultaneous screening of 400+ SNPs in DNA extracted from barley. The SNPs in the assay were chosen to maximise diversity among spring and winter barley germplasm and have significant overlap with the Illumina BeadXpress 384-plex genotyping assays which has been used extensively across Europe and North America.
A novel bovine parentage next generation genotyping (NGG) assay has been developed through a collaboration between Eureka Genomics and ARS-USMARC. This NGG assay enables low cost simultaneous screening of 122 SNPs in DNA extracted from bovine tissue.
Need to generate genotype information on 100 – 1000 SNPs and 1000 – 100,000+ samples. Contact EG to design a customized NGG assay that provides the low cost, high throughput focused answers that you need.
